FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Answers before you call.
A few useful details about how our independent repair service works.
Your questions, answered.
Are you an authorised brand service centre?
No. Vizag Repairs is an independent service provider, not affiliated with or authorised by the appliance brands mentioned. We provide private, paid service only for out-of-warranty products.
What is the visiting charge?
Visiting / diagnosis charges start at ₹500. Confirm the charge for your appliance and location when calling, including whether it will be adjusted against approved repair.
Can I book without WhatsApp or email?
Yes. Call 7014786434 or 7852836173 to discuss the fault and request a visit. This website has no WhatsApp booking, email booking or customer form.
Will you repair my appliance on the first visit?
Diagnosis, parts availability and access determine what can be completed. A same-day visit or first-visit repair is not guaranteed. The team confirms arrangements by phone.
Who decides the final repair price?
The technician or service engineer provides the final estimate after inspecting the appliance. Ask about labour, parts, taxes and any follow-up visit before approving work.
What if my appliance is still under warranty?
Contact the manufacturer or its authorised service channel. Our service is only for out-of-warranty appliances.
Is every brand and model supported?
Support depends on the model, condition, parts and location. Brand names identify customer appliances; they do not imply a partnership. Confirm availability by phone.
Is there a repair warranty?
Any workmanship or replacement-part warranty must be confirmed for the specific repair on the estimate or invoice. No blanket warranty is promised on this website.
