Eligibility and booking
Services are private, paid and only for out-of-warranty products. A website enquiry guide is not a confirmed booking. Confirm location, availability and access requirements by phone.
Visiting fee and estimates
Illustrative planning estimates, not a fixed tariff or quotation. Visiting / diagnosis charges start at ₹500. Listed work ranges are indicative labour estimates; parts, refrigerant, transport, access work and applicable taxes may be extra. Confirm the visit fee and whether it is adjusted against repair on the call. Only the technician / service engineer confirms final charges after inspection, before work proceeds.
Approval, parts and follow-up
Discuss the work, replacement-part options, total cost and expected follow-up before approving repair. Parts availability and appliance condition may limit what can be repaired. Any repair-specific warranty should be stated on the estimate or invoice.
Changes or cancellation
Call promptly to change or cancel arrangements. Confirm any agreed visit or transport charge before booking; this website does not set a blanket cancellation penalty.
Access and workshop work
Arrange safe access and society permissions. Do not move heavy appliances or expose wiring yourself. Any removal, transport or workshop work should be discussed and agreed separately.
