Split AC
Indoor and outdoor units work together. Checks include airflow, drainage, pipe insulation, outdoor clearance and communication faults. Access to the outdoor unit must be safe.
Inverter AC
Variable-speed compressors need model-specific diagnosis. An error code does not by itself prove that the PCB or compressor needs replacing.
Cassette AC
Ceiling units may need building access, a ladder and a drain-pump inspection. Call with ceiling height and model details before arranging a visit.

Routine cleaning
Filter, accessible coil and drain inspection, followed by an airflow and cooling check. Suitable where ordinary dust buildup is the main concern.
Jet service
Controlled water cleaning of suitable coil and blower surfaces with protection for electrical components. The engineer decides what can be safely washed.
Chemical cleaning
For stubborn deposits only where a compatible product is appropriate. Coil condition, corrosion and manufacturer instructions determine whether chemical treatment is suitable.
Cooling and leak diagnosis
Poor cooling can come from airflow, sensors, leaks or electrical faults. Refrigerant work should follow leak diagnosis, repair and model-specific procedures; routine topping-up is not a cure.
Installation and relocation
Position, mounting, drain slope, pipe route and electrical provision are assessed before quoting. Extra copper pipe, brackets and access work are separately discussed.
Electrical and control repair
Testing of capacitors, motors, sensors and controls by a technician. Inverter board repair or replacement depends on diagnosis and compatible parts.
